The Administration Department serves to develop an organization that is responsive to the desires of the Town Council and the needs of the citizens. Emphasis is placed upon formal and informal communication with the citizens, governing body, department heads and employees to assure that organizational goals are established and met.
The Administration Department is responsible for taking the established policies and direction set by the Council and working through the department heads and supporting staff to implement adopted policies and direction in the most efficient and effective manner.
